Independence at its best…

Square

This is me, leading a life spread by others and certainly continuing to move on its straight and mortar laden path. My colleagues, are no different, seems to me as a set of robots booked by business barons and coded to do mundane day after day. In a way, it is the businessmen who are at the receiving end of wealth and we are the ones left with the least.

At this point, I become overwhelmed with a feeling of aggression to move out of the monotony and bring “independence” to a new meaning. It is the social life of ours that is beholden and obstructed our growth to make a difference. The desire to move out of the normalcy has most of the times possessed less threshold power and is besieged under social captivation. That signifies a lack of smartness somewhere which is holding back the urge and desire to emerge into an autocrat.

In the similar way, INDIA is bound to some monotony. Smartness in politics, economic reforms and policies have vanished. Decision making shown flaws and is downtrodden. Expectations are far from being fulfilled. There has been misunderstanding and miss-communication between the dreams of transformed INDIA and the practical INDIA at present.

This concept can be well understood if a country in picture is considered as a human figure. As every human organ has evolved conjointly but each is responsible for different functionality, similar should be the governing system of a country. Just as an ideal professional, the country should run its states with a vision to improve, develop and progress with the available resources, be it material or human. This requires a proper coordination among every sub-governing systems with the government.

INDIA and population – comes simultaneously to ones mind. The country is named primarily of all for its immense population, and later for the qualities it possesses. Though one can count on the number of people turning up for higher education, scientists, teachers, doctors , engineers to name a few profession, despite being a population giant. But if looked into the life of people, the human flock is driven more by social and peer sentiments rather than choosing their own interests of profession. As a result, the country is overflowed with jobless engineers pointing fingers to the ceased job market.

The social life of INDIA is such, that the parents of children give less importance to other activities than nurturing them into being a doctor or an engineer. All other professions are less of importance as there have always been comparison with peers. And the peers belong to the mainstream of doctors and engineers. So there lies no scope for imaginations, ideas and other talents to emerge which might have brought difference to the life of the individual and even the country. Such individuals should be encouraged and uplifted with as much help as possible. The educational institutions and the parents concerned should bring out the imaginations, ideas and talents in front of the world so that the human interest does not fade away. The institutes should encourage students for scholarships and explore more knowledge on the area of interest.

Converting passion to profession is the best independence one can expect for, just for what Bill Gates is known for. One can do any kind of work, but the work delivered is the best when it is related to ones passion. Actually, Success and passion are on the same path. Find your passion and you will be on your way to success.
